Week 4 Predictions
NEW YORK JETS at BUFFALO BILLS
I'm liking the Jets to win this one 24-21, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bills win this one, the Jets are the most over-rated team with the exception of the Dallas Cowboys.
CINCINNATI BENGALS at CLEVELAND BROWNS
I'm going with the Bengals in a 28-17 win, I wouldn't be surprised to see them "Bungle" it away and lose to the Browns just like the Ravens almost did, nothing is ever gauranteed in this league, well, some things.
BALTIMORE RAVENS at PITTSBURGH STEELERS
I'm going to go with the Steelers 13-6, I don't expect the Ravens to win this one even with Charlie Batch at quarterback, regardless of who is playing, these are always close games and the home team usually wins.
DENVER BRONCOS at TENNESSEE TITANS
I think the Titans will just edge this one out 24-23, Chris Johnson may get another 100 yard game, Orton may throw for 300 yards but when it's all said and done, the Broncos will commit a turnover or two that lead to a Tennessee win.
DETROIT LIONS at GREEN BAY PACKERS
Green Bay will probably rout the Lions at least 31-13, but the Lions are getting better, maybe at least until the 2012 season the Lions won't be vying for a play-off spot.
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS at ATLANTA FALCONS
I don't see what's so special about the 49ers this season and the Falcons are going to hand them their fourth straight loss of the season with a 27-12 win, due to Alex Smith's mistakes... paging Ryan Mallet's agent in April.
CAROLINA PANTHERS at NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
Are you series? New Orleans wins 28-10. The Panthers are bad this season, the run game hasn't been great, they have been one dimensional because their quarterbacks are poor, Clausen has a long way to go in skill and experience before he starts to create some havoc.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS at ST. LOUIS RAMS
The Rams are rebuilding, the Seahawks are rebuilding but are going to win this one 26-13. I like the Rams but they just don't have the firepower to overcome a weaker team, but I may be wrong.
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS at JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS
Are you kidding me, is this another game that's blacked out on t.v.'s, I haven't even checked but I know the Colts will take this one 38-21.
HOUSTON TEXANS at OAKLAND RAIDERS
Any chance the Texans had at becoming the team of Texas, they pissed it away with a poor performence against the Dallas Cowboys, they dropped about 10 places in my power rankings, they're looking inconsistent this year, but regardless they will take this one 31-17.
WASHINGTON REDSKINS at PHILADELPHIA EAGLES
I expect a Eagles offense powered by Vick to put a lot of points on the Redskins, Eagles win 27-21. McNabb has a good game, but Vick has the spotlight on him, and yet again delivers another dazzling performence.
ARIZONA CARDINALS at SAN DIEGO CHARGERS
Laugh. Out. Loud. That's what I think of this game. A Steelers wannabe vs. a disastrous G.M. controlled team, but the Chargers will win in this ugly un-epic battle 24-10.
CHICAGO BEARS at NEW YORK GIANTS
Run Devin Run!!!!!!! The Bears offense needs to rid itself of it's sluggish behavior in the win over the Packers, they're going to have to do a lot better, but they reach 4-0 with a 21-17 win over the G-Men.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS at MIAMI DOLPHINS
Another great match-up... which probably ends in a Patriots win, if only their defense was in-sync and their coach stopped cheating (joke), maybe things could look up... But they will with this 31-28 monday night thriller.
